Order Processing

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to New Zealand; however, please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply for orders to New Zealand. Our estimated shipping time is 7-10 days from the date of postage. Please note that during peak seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be extended.


Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide a store credit. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thenaturalskincareco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
